ENTER THE TRASH DUNGEON...

Trash Dungeon was a dark, action-packed dungeon crawler where you play as a rabid raccoon that steals precious trash in a trash dungeon. Its creators' names, and development studio itself, remains a mystery to this day.



Originally intended as a launch title for the S.I.C.K. (Super Indie City Konsole) launched in 1994, Trash Dungeon's release was abruptly canceled, after a devastating rabies outbreak struck the Chicago area, caused by a sudden raccoon infestation.

Due to bad timing and fear of public backlash, Trash Dungeon was never released - instead becoming an underground legend among developer circles, and a brutally difficult hidden gem that pushed the limits of the S.I.C.K. hardware.



Now, after decades lost to time, Trash Dungeon has been painstakingly recovered and restored by indie studio Vaaasm, who spent years decompiling, remaking, and building upon one of the few surviving prototype builds. For the first time in S.I.C.K. history, this infamous relic is playable for modern audiences.

GAMEPLAY:

Mike, the ski-mask wearing raccoon, has rabies, and needs to kill to stay alive. Maintain your combo by killing enemies. Collecting items will help sustain your combo meter, but won't reset it if counting down. To pass to the next level, you must have a certain amount of trash, or trash multiplied by your combo. The combo needed to proceed increases with every level.

CONTROLS:

Gamepad/controller is highly recommended! On keyboard, WASD + Mouse is best!

F to Fullscreen, Escape to reset game, or exit game
